An oasis of tranquility in the middle of busy, dusty Kathmandu. Excelent servis, proffesional welcome, clean rooms with all the equipment. Exchange with the official rate, so you don't need to search anything else. Recommend 100%, would stay there again.

We were declined a discount by the receptionist despite having a plethora of things go wrong. We stayed in a suite room for 4 nights and 3 of those nights we had to call someone up to fix/unblock the toilet. The flush stopped working, it was leaking all over the floor and stool was coming up even when nobody had gone to the toilet. The boiler leaked in the bathroom as-well as the toilet, causing the floor to be extremely wet. The electricity in the room kept cutting because the key holder on the wall did not work properly and I ordered breakfast which came to me half defrosted and cold. Other than that the location is nice and majority of the staff we met were helpful and kind. Just because we had a bad experience doesn’t mean you will but I would just be wary :) thanks for the stay

Staff was nice, location was good ,our suite with balcony room was big enough for us three. Toilet was clean, overall the hotel was really nice. Really loved the balcony with a view of a small kathmandu street and the other close buildings where I could smoke in peace.it felt like home. Cappuccino on request at the breakfast was top and so the breakfast a la carte when buffet is not available(when they have few guests in low season). When they have enough guests they have a buffet but i noticed that the choice was pretty limited for the hot plates, potatoes were a bit hard and pancakes tasted salty. The rest was ok/ good. The restaurant was pretty good, we ordered in one occasion. Compliementarty pick up or drop off at the airport is a plus and very appreciated. This hotel is recommended for sure if you want to stay in the Thamel Area. Good quality for the price

I like the location of the hotel as it is tucked at the corner of the main busy street and you will not get noisy pollution at night! The hotel is clean and I like the spacious room! The theme of the room is Tibetan . It is so beautiful and suits the atmosphere of Nepal. The service is also great ! Highly recommended if you are coming to Nepal Kathmandu! 👍🏼🙏🏻❤️
