We were declined a discount by the receptionist despite having a plethora of things go wrong. We stayed in a suite room for 4 nights and 3 of those nights we had to call someone up to fix/unblock the toilet. The flush stopped working, it was leaking all over the floor and stool was coming up even when nobody had gone to the toilet. The boiler leaked in the bathroom as-well as the toilet, causing the floor to be extremely wet. The electricity in the room kept cutting because the key holder on the wall did not work properly and I ordered breakfast which came to me half defrosted and cold. Other than that the location is nice and majority of the staff we met were helpful and kind. Just because we had a bad experience doesn’t mean you will but I would just be wary :) thanks for the stay
