Today I had dinner, I found hair in my food but they denied and didn’t apologised, they said it’s not the hair, but in actual it was hair , I think health and safety is most important part in hospitality sector.

Place and Ambience is Topnotch for Fine Dining. However it did not meet up with the expectation Foodwise. Price is sooo expensive not worth it for th quality and quantity of food we receive. Food wasn’t that extra its just normal and very basic taste. But price was way way expensive. Totally not worth it. Worth a try but I wouldn’t recommend to visit again

I stayed at Siddharth's Cottage in Butwal for 2 days. The staff were welcoming, and the location is nice. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. Upon arrival, my food and drink order was incomplete, but I didn't mind too much. The real issue came when I returned to find that my belongings had been removed from my room without any notice, despite them having my contact information. When they transferred me to a different room, I discovered the flush wasn't working, and I only found out when I arrived at night. It seemed they hadn't checked if the bathroom facilities were in order. Additionally, I had trouble reaching the front desk at night, and there were mistakes with my breakfast orders on multiple occasions. I must say that the lunch was amazing ❤️ While they did offer a discount at checkout, I expected a higher level of service given the recommendation from a friend. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
