I stayed at Siddharth's Cottage in Butwal for 2 days. The staff were welcoming, and the location is nice. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. Upon arrival, my food and drink order was incomplete, but I didn't mind too much. The real issue came when I returned to find that my belongings had been removed from my room without any notice, despite them having my contact information. When they transferred me to a different room, I discovered the flush wasn't working, and I only found out when I arrived at night. It seemed they hadn't checked if the bathroom facilities were in order. Additionally, I had trouble reaching the front desk at night, and there were mistakes with my breakfast orders on multiple occasions. I must say that the lunch was amazing ❤️ While they did offer a discount at checkout, I expected a higher level of service given the recommendation from a friend. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
