Worst hotel i have ever been at. First they agreed for us to stay at RS.1500 per night but they charged us Rs.1800 explaining that we didnt have our breakfast, lunch and dinner at their hotel. What a stupid reasoning. Also, the pillow and bedsheet were so dirty. I would never want anyone to go to a hotel like that and i literally pray for that.

From the outside, Dejavu Hotel in Pokhara makes a promising first impression, and the staff are both friendly and welcoming. However, my experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed oil stains on the bedsheets and marks on the towels. After bringing this to the staff’s attention, they kindly offered a room change, though the second room also fell short of my cleanliness expectations. Aside from the room issues, the dining experience was enjoyable, with good food, and the hotel owner was personable and attentive. I would recommend that the management place greater emphasis on room hygiene and cleanliness to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it's a nice hotel with potential but needs some improvements in housekeeping.

Not a good hotel at all. Paan stains on the bed, pillows dirty, no fan in room, the room just smells so bad. Food also not good. Only the location is decent
