We booked this hotel 3 weeks ago, and paid fully through Chinese website, but when we arrived at the hotel, The hotel lady started screaming at us saying the hotel is full and the person who handles the booking is in hospital so they don’t know anything . The situation escalated to worse, and we had to call the police to solve the problem !

Great location and nice cozy rooms on the top of the building.Best for trekkers after having a hard trek. View from balcony is awesome. Need to improve staff service. Otherwise a great place to in live in lakeside.
