We booked this hotel 3 weeks ago, and paid fully through Chinese website, but when we arrived at the hotel, The hotel lady started screaming at us saying the hotel is full and the person who handles the booking is in hospital so they don’t know anything . The situation escalated to worse, and we had to call the police to solve the problem !
