Creating a Basiyo account is free and easy. Just go to basiyo.com and click Sign Up, or download our mobile app and follow the instructions.

You can sign up using an email address.

After signing up, we advise you to complete your profile. Having your full name, a profile photo, and any additional information to describe who you are can increase your chances of successful bookings.

For booking, the host may ask for the following:

• Agreement to house rules
• ID upon check-in, if done in person and if the requirement is in the host's house rules at the time of booking or as required under applicable laws.

Furthermore, you should read and review Basiyo's terms of service and cancellation policies and agree to these terms before proceeding.

Note: We highly recommend that our users adhere to local laws that require hosts to register their properties with local authorities or guests to provide a copy of their ID upon check-in.
