The worse hotel i have ever been in my life, rooms were dirty and smelly, no toiletries were provide, there was no one one at receitpion , breakfast was not edible. Customer service was 0, managet was rude, when asked for water, it took them more than hour. Overprice food, rude customer service, wifi were not working at all. The owner was very rude. highly not recommend to anyone travelling to chitwan to stay at this place, there are more better places in cheap price than this

I have been there with my friends. But there was nothing bad experience I faced that woner gives us discount of 20%. I would like to rate my room. 7/10 it's not a bad at all. And the hospitality was also nice we enjoyed. There a lot. And. The waiters are also. Very decipline and polite they don't feel any tyred whenever I call for a something they immediately came there in the deep night honestly I feel so good there. And the environment was also good. The totally chitwan wildlife vibe. And the rhinoshrous& Elephant also seen there

One of the worst resort I have ever visited, the food had no flavors and was not value for money too. I disliked when they even kicked a dog for entering the hall, they could have taken it outside by giving him some foods. The jet spray had only one hole and all of the other holes were plugged with dirt that stoped the jet spray to work. I had to use bucket on a commode. The flush was like 20 yrs old from my grandfather’s generation. Also the AC was not working.
