One of the bad experiences of my life. There is no nice welcome. The lady on the front desk was so rude. First they said the boating was free of cost for two way .if you don't like the room of the hotel then also it was free of cost they said. When I saw the room there was cockroach all over the room toilet. Bed sheet was also so bad. All the room in there was so small. And the price of the room was rs.2000 for that small room. First I thought it was with breakfast fast when I ask the front desk lady she talk with us very rudely and said it only for the room if u want to stay with breakfast u have to pay rs.3000. So when I didnt like the room and want to go back .the front desk lady with rude way said give us rs.200 for two way i said you told us its was free of cost but why then. she told with very bad and rude way give it. I will recommend all of you who is reading this review not to stay on this hotel. It's just waste of money and time all the room and bathroom are very small. The environment in there is bad. I will recommend you guys to stay at Kulekhani Hill Lodge because with breakfast its just rs3000 with the private balcony room and very big and nice room you guys will found there. I am really disappointed at this hotel cross river.

The prices of room are reasonable and food quality is also good. I and my friends went to markhu and stayed in this hotel. The hotel offers a package at Rs.2000 for bed, breakfast and boat trip while going to hotel and checking out of the hotel and 1kg chicken BBQ with bonfire at night. The package was good at Rs 2000 for few people. But if you guys are 4 or more then don't go for package just book rooms it will be much cheaper than the package per person. Overall the service was good, staffs were friendly and the food was also good. Rooms were nice and clean. The washroom was also hygienic and well maintained.
