My stay at Soaltee Westend Itahari was excellent from start to finish. The front office staff were highly professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and making a great first impression. The attention to detail was outstanding being welcomed with a refreshing drink and a hot towel on arrival felt warm and thoughtful. The team was very informative as well, offering clear guidance about the property and available services. The bell boy service was equally impressive, efficient and courteous. The room quality exceeded expectations, equipped with good amenities and reliable hot water. The food across the hotel was delicious, and the breakfast buffet stood out with its wide variety and consistently high quality. Check-out was seamless, rounding off a flawless stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Ample and safe parking too Highly recommended.
