ITC Fortune Bhaktapur is a huge and beautifully maintained property, offering a relaxing ambience. The spa experience was really good, and the food quality was satisfying overall. However, the staff could improve in terms of hospitality and attentiveness. The options for non-vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the evening magic show was a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. Despite a few areas for improvement, the stay was good and enjoyable.
