⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This was my first visit to Fortune Resort Wellness and Spa. The hotel property itself is very nice, but unfortunately the service experience was extremely disappointing. I had planned to have lunch at the hotel, but there was only one service staff handling everything. Senior staff and the manager showed no proper supervision or concern. It honestly felt like we came and left without being properly served. The coffee was served in half a cup, and when I asked about it, the service staff said no one knows how to make coffee. Both starter and main course were served together, and when questioned, the service staff said he was instructed by senior staff to do so. The chips chilly were cold, the rice was not properly cooked, and even after the food arrived, there was no water or napkin box on the table. Despite guests being present, only one staff member was available for service. After complaining to the senior manager, we were informed that à la carte orders were not available. If that was the case, orders should not have been taken at all. We paid for the food but did not receive a proper dining experience. From my side, the service quality is 0. I sincerely hope the management improves staff training, supervision, and service standards, so other guests do not face a similar experience.
