We had an amazing experience at Hotel Jay Suites. The staff were incredibly kind and caring, and they went out of their way to make our long-term stay as smooth as possible. We had originally booked a suite with a kitchen, but due to a last-minute plumbing issue, it wasn’t available. The hotel more than made up for it by providing us with two rooms and offering free daily breakfast throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. This is in no way a five-star hotel. The rooms are very simple, and the restaurant is quite basic. But the service is exceptional, and the value for money is excellent. The staff helped us arrange tours, recommended great local restaurants, and even coordinated with a laundry service to have our clothes picked up and delivered back to the hotel. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the place. But if you want a warm welcome, attentive service, and a convenient base in Kathmandu, Hotel Jay Suites is a great choice

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I want to give special thanks to Sagar, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me with everything I needed, always with a smile. Thanks to him, my experience in Kathmandu was even better. I highly recommend this place!
