The overall experience at Sikali Resort was average. Due to the resort being fully packed during our stay, nine of us had to share a single room, which was quite disappointing and uncomfortable. The room itself was not properly cleaned—there were visible spider webs in the bathroom, indicating a lack of maintenance. The swimming pool could also use some improvement, especially the stairs and slippery side steps, which didn't feel very safe or user-friendly. One of the biggest letdowns was the dinner. The food lacked flavor, and nothing on the menu stood out as tasty or memorable. While the location might have potential, the resort needs to improve its cleanliness, infrastructure, and food quality to provide a better guest experience.

It was a nice place. Not bad. Few mistakes from the staff but they handled it gracefully. No compromise on value for money.

Very very poor service. Worst resort i have ever visited. The scene is ok but their service is just unacceptable. They took more than 2 hours to prepare and serve dinner snd when we enquired thry kept on telling 10-15 mins ma ready hunxa for more than an hour. We left without having dinner late night.

Worst service ever. Very bad experience overall. The room was just average for the money we paid, and the staff treated guests differently based on their "level" or status. We had to wait 2.5 hours for dinner, and even though it was already late at night, they kept telling us "15–20 minutes." We kept calling for updates, but no one responded. Completely unacceptable service. Do not visit this resort.
