Staying at Hotel Readers Inn was a very bad experience. The room was cramped like a cheap hotel, the toilet spray did not work at all. The AC was right above the bed, that too did not work properly. Internet did not work, room service was slow and expensive. The elevator was not working perfectly but the staff did not say anything. I could not understand how a hotel of this standard got a 3-star. The cleanliness was average, the towels were old. Food was good but its very pricey, both the service and facilities are disappointing. Cheaper hotels are also better than this. Find other options in Kathmandu, I will not recommend to stay here.
