I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The property offers room-only accommodations, with no staff, services, or restaurant available for guests. Although there is a restaurant on-site, it was not operational, and there were no food or beverage options available. Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar, with no taste or appeal, and it took over an hour to prepare a simple cup of tea. If you're looking for a hotel that offers quality service and hospitality, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

They cheat customers while dealing they express one thing and dont provide that service. Even they took one complementary water bottle and keep only one. So cheap behaviour by the owners.

Very bad experience with the hotel staff and management.One of our friend recommended us to this hotel, but from the starting day none of the staff cooperated.There was no any explanation regarding the price and services.Irritated staffs, non cooperative environment as well as no any hospitality with the customers..Not worth the price and expectations..I really don't recommend this hotel.

Amazing resort in Sauraha. Great hospitality. The room was very clean and tidy. Location is prime too. There was a free breakfast facility. The resort organized our canoeing and safari which was quite interesting this time around. Definitely recommended for a pleasant stay in Sauraha.
