Not a very good experience. The toilet flush did not work properly, and the hotel gates were also locked in the morning ruining our morning walk plan. How were we suppose to know that you lock the gates, and not open them even till 7 am, and no staffs would be seen in the property ? Without any prior information, how were we able to inform you? I don't think that makes sense at all.
