My recent experience with this (Hotel Green Park) hotel was quite disappointing. I made an online booking for this hotel through the Agoda app, but when I arrived at the reception, they told me that my booking had been canceled and that they had stopped accepting bookings a long time ago. This is completely unethical, and I feel this hotel is involved in some fraudulent activities. If a hotel is canceling bookings without any notice, it shows a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Having such fake hotels on a trusted platform like Agoda can be problematic for customers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I believe Agoda should look into the practices of this hotel.
