I booked to go on safari with the owners nephew who made the arrangements to stay here with his family during my time in Bardia. From the moment I arrived every member of the family I met was so warm and welcoming. The room itself was perfect for what I needed, very spacious, a large and comfortable bed, and private bathroom, and with a little veranda area to sit and enjoy the peaceful village and overlook the fields. They also have an adorable dog called Maria and two little cats who brighten my stay even more. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to stay for longer - if you have the chance I would absolutely suggesting giving yourself a week here. It’s the perfect choice for backpackers wishing to visit Bardia!
