The room is small and basic. It lacked basic amenities in both the room and the washroom. The balcony was very dirty and not in a condition to use. Despite advertising as a 3-star property, it offers nothing more than a simple guesthouse in Pokhara. Considering the price they charged during the off-season, it was a bitter disappointment.
