"I am currently enrolled in the Bakery training program at Namsakar hotel management school, and so far, it's been an excellent learning journey!🧑‍🍳 The instructor are highly exprensied, patient, and very clear in their demonstrations. We get daily hands on practice in making Cakes, bread, pastries and cookies. We also learn about ingredients selection, baking science, and decoration techniques. I feel more confident and creative with each class. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in Bakery skills"!
