At the arrival there was no light. My son goes towards the parking by the help of bike head light. 2 person were standing on the dark, anybody here for 2/3 times after then they said we are, then i said namaste even they don't reply instead they have to greet to the guest. Zero hospitality. When staff & owner were together i said provide us one of the best twin room with fan owner goes to kitchen. Then staff shows us 3 rooms without fan. Took half an hour to shows the rooms goes down & bring the key. We were very tired even disappointed.I said you r the staff working here you don't know the room with fan. After few minutes of thinking he said we have the room with fan on ground floor & move towards the room. When we entered the room light was already gone there was not even solar or inverter light. Room was so dark, i ask i need just one light or even candle also ok. I wait for the electricity to come. That impolite, unprofessional, rude staff scold me saying I work full day & very tired why you r talking too much. Is this the way of dealing with the guest. Very weak management. I got angry, control myself.After 15 minutes he change the bulb & got 1 light. No room service. Chicken Thali & break fast was worth less. Chicken chilly was delicious. There was no light totally from arrival time to check out time. We took data for internet. My son was so disappointed from arrival time & said let's go back dad even though i advice him & said light will come but no light till our departure by around 10:30. I ask morning time no light whole night in your resort why? don't you have generator, owner said we have, i ask why don't you run? No reply. I paid Rs1900 per package that was like useless. One of my baddest experience. How would you categories as resort?? It's better option around there all of you go to Annapurna eco village price is same there but view & surrounding much better. Worst experience of my stay till now.
