I am extremely disappointed with the service and standards of this hotel. One of their staff members directly disclosed the room cost to my guest, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. This not only undermines the relationship between travel agents and their clients but also shows a lack of understanding of basic hospitality practices. To make matters worse, the rooms were in terrible condition—far from what was promised . This experience has left both me and my client deeply dissatisfied. As someone in the travel industry, I rely on hotels to maintain professionalism and deliver quality accommodations for my customers. Unfortunately, this property failed miserably in both areas. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.
