Disappointing experience at Tinau Resort. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and they seemed to charge us for every little thing. The worst part was the non-functional air conditioning in the room, which made our stay unbearable. Overall, not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."
