The shower drain was completely clogged, causing the entire bathroom to be a dusty, fowl puddle while showering. After telling reception, they tried and failed to fix it, suggesting that I change rooms. When asking for the AC remote in this hotter, noisier room, I am asked to pay 50% of the room fee extra. I offer to pay an extra 10%, because 50% is absurd and because my feet are now filthy from the shower puddle experience. I am refused. No offer is made in compensation for the disgusting shower, and I am forced to move my own luggage twice in the heat of the day with filthy, itchy feet. Just to be clear, the AC unit was present in all 3 rooms, but not allowed to be used without paying an extra ridiculous fee.
