We booked this hotel for march 26, we moved ktm to lumbini and finally reahced hotel at 8pm. The hotel room was so worst there was a blood stains on the bedsheets ,and bathroom was full with dirty water . Pillow case was not changed and we complain to the staff but one of the staff was so rude he told us if you want to sit you can if dont want to sit you can go . Really that was so embarrassing. Immediately we check out from the hotel and we shifted another one. The hotel room was smelling so bad and was with full sephase on the wall .
