(WORST EXPERIENCE) We had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. After a long and exhausting trek, we booked a room here, even calling twice to confirm it was ready. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that they had given our room away just five minutes before we arrived. Despite knowing we were on the way, they showed complete disregard for our booking. Instead of accommodating us as promised, they forced us to walk ten minutes to another hotel, all while carrying our heavy bags. This new place was nowhere near as convenient or close to the lakeside as we had planned, adding even more frustration to our evening. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff here was astonishing. Ultimately, we decided to leave this replacement hotel and book elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliability and customer service – SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY SOMEWHERE THAT RESPECTS YOUR TIME AND BOOKING.
