Not a very good experience with this hotel. Though room was booked the manager initially denied that it was booked and kept us waiting for more than half an hr. The room alloted was cold with AC heating problem. He tried to rectify the problem but couldn't so he promised he will get some help with AC or change the room and didn't turn up till morning. Not very professional approach to the work and very careless attitude towards customers. Overall pathetic experience!
