Why only three stars ? Old rooms, no proper maintenance. AC doesn't operate. No telephone at rooms. No water heater, both drinking and bathing. Dinner is average. Rs 450 for Veg dinner with rice, dal and one curry only. Rs 600/- for chicken khana. Isn't it too expensive ? Positive points: 1. Peaceful place. 2. A swimming pool is available. 3. Separate villa with two flats. 4. No disturbance of other guests. 5. Good hospitality.
