Though the hotels looked promising, the room and the service was not up to the level. The room hadn't facility of hot water, no dustbin, no soap, no towel, not even towel hanger in bathroom. To an irony they had hair dryer in bathroom. Rather they should look for providing basic services in hotels like soap, dustbin, etc. Not bad but I think they are lacking some basics.
