Hotel ładny, w samym centrum, przy handlowej ulicy. Bardzo blisko spacerem do największych atrakcji. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Jak najbardziej godny polecenia.

Nice hotel with RUDE TOUR OPERATOR Forces you to give 5 stars , very much disappointed by their behaviour. Especially the owner and the TOUR OPERATOR of hotel. Front desk kid is humble but never use their TOUR OPERATOR MAN . dishonest and rude

少し分かりづらい場所ではありますが、タメルの中でも奥まった所なので、ティハール期間中でも静かで快適に過ごせました 掛け布団がしっかり厚手のタイプで、それも日本人にとって有難かったです

After conducting research, I selected Hotel New Era. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit Hotel New Era once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it. I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.
