The buffet had no drinks included, apart from a welcome drink, and we had to pour our own detox water from the tap. 👎

Our stay at Lemon Tree Premier Hotel was absolutely wonderful . we only wish we had booked more than just the last night of our Nepal trip! Without a doubt, when we return to Nepal, we’ll be staying here again for a few more nights. We had originally booked a King Deluxe Suite, but to our surprise and delight, the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Suite. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the view from the balcony was fantastic we truly loved it. From the front desk to the lobby, bar, and restaurant, the service was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home, especially after a long and tiring day. The food was another highlight. We had a lunch combo meal that was delicious, generously portioned, and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was good as well. We also enjoyed a relaxing spa session, which was a lovely addition to our stay. Although the rainy season kept us from using the pool, we’re already looking forward to enjoying the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym on our next visit. One charming detail the hotel has a fresh, lemony scent throughout, which adds a nice, uplifting touch. We also spent an evening at the rooftop bar enjoying shisha and drinks. The ambiance was fantastic, and the shisha was quite affordable for a 5-star hotel. Overall, Lemon Tree Premier truly delivers a 5-star experience in every way. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is good, but their marketing is completely scam! A deal that's selling at Agoda (Which any Nepalese can also buy) costs Rs.5,200 with afternoon tea and morning breakfast. They're selling the same package without tea and breakfast for Rs.6,999 through their social media ads, calling it an OFFER PRICE. Okay fine, that's shady business but that's how it is. I accept it. They have partnered with NIC Asia bank to offer 15% off. I paid with NIC Asia, but they deny the discount offer which they've advertised themselves claiming that the offer price of "Rs.6999" is the cheapest, which is way expensive than the listed price in Agoda, and they can't provide the discount they've advertised to provide with NIC Bank's payment methods. It's a 0-star for the scammy techniques they're using to sell.

The place gets really noisy at night—lots of shouting and even fights happening. If you're looking for rest, this isn't ideal. Also, avoid rooms near the elevator—they're even louder. Be cautious when you're told you're getting an "upgrade" it's not always what it seems.
