Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered especially by their manager Swechha. They have creative pricing that they’re not upfront about and do not treat NRNs well. The staff seems like they make up stories and prices as they go - three different staff gave me three different price rates and reasons for the increase. If you’re a NRN, avoid this hotel. They don’t know how to treat you. What a shame.

🧨安娜普尔纳大环线徒步结束，除夕一大早就搬来了这家五星级酒店，据说是博卡拉最好的两家酒店之一，线上订的房间碰上了优惠活动，性价比不错 🤵🏻‍♀️服务很好，来得早有空房的话可以提前入住，空房多的时候还给免费升级。不过要注意有的升级房型反而没有浴缸，可能反而浪费了服务人员的好意哈哈……行李也都帮拎，不过我刚徒步回来身上太脏了实在不好意思 ⛲环境极佳，花园设计得曲径通幽，泳池好看，一楼的房间能直接从阳台通往草坪走出来，在这里短暂实现了拥有后花园的梦想 🧨 After finishing the Annapurna Circuit trek, I moved to this 5-star hotel early on Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve. It’s said to be one of the best two hotels in Pokhara, and I got a good deal on my room thanks to a promotion—great value! 🤵🏻‍♀️ The service was excellent. Since I arrived early, they let me check in early if there were rooms available, and they even upgraded me for free when they had extra rooms. But be aware, some upgraded rooms don’t have bathtubs, so I might have wasted their kind offer, haha… They also helped carry my luggage, though I felt a bit awkward because I was so dirty from the trek. ⛲ The environment is fantastic! The garden is beautifully designed, with winding paths, and the pool is stunning. My room on the first floor had a balcony that led directly to the lawn—got to briefly live the dream of having a backyard!

We have loved our stay here. The gardens and pool make it feel like a small resort in the middle of a city. We especially enjoyed sipping on cocktails near the fire pit in the garden.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in 2023 and recently again in January 2025. The rooms are excellent, and the location is perfect just a 2-3 minute walk from Lakeside. What truly stands out to me is the serene greenery and the impeccable service. The staff are incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive, making every stay memorable. The food is another highlight; it’s not only delicious but also well-balanced and nutritious. As a vegan, I particularly appreciate their breakfast buffet, which offers a variety of options to suit everyone’s dietary needs. The menu changes daily, ensuring something new each morning, and I’ve never had any difficulty finding great choices. Though my recent visit was short just two days I’m already looking forward to returning. Despite having many other options, this place keeps drawing me back. It truly feels like a home away from home.
