This has to be the worst hotel I've been to,random hole in the wall,insects all over the floor,AC with no remote, there's a TV and a remote but no batteries,they refuse to give us a proper internet service,the bedsheets are stained,dirty and torn,there are drawers but no way to use them,you can't lock the doors from outside so that's just not safe. Did I mention mosquitos and no repellant when we asked for it,asked for a mattress and they said okay but later when we went to get one they rudely told us to adjust our room,service was terrible and the owner invited their whole family to have their dashain in the hotel which was like 100 noise complaints, and when the family was here the owner ignored any customer and that's a whole new issue. Overall terrible hotel no positive thing about it would not recommend.
