We stayed from November 10th to November 12th, 2024. Initially, we were given a room where one of the ceiling fan blades seemed to be loose and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. However, the staff was friendly and promptly arranged a different room for us. Overall, the accommodation was satisfactory, though the cleanliness of the room could be improved. I noticed significant dust and ended up cleaning the ceiling fans and floor myself. While I understand that maintaining cleanliness can be challenging given the high traffic from guests visiting for the Jeep Safari, more attention to this aspect would enhance the experience.
