We've stayed at this hotel for the first time and there has been a big welcome from manager Nabraj sir. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always time to have a chat, yet are efficient. The new building is fantastic with a roof top glassed in sitting area where you can see Fishtail mountain and the Annapurna range. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Our room had a balcony and plenty of space. The hotel is on lakeside yet out of the main bustle of the town, but an easy walk there. We'll continue to stay at Snowhill whenever we visit Pokhara. Wifi works properly, great view with room balcony.. Lovely place to stay whenever I visit pokhara we contact Mr Manager Nabraj really we recommend
