All good nice room with lake view

The owner is worst person i met in Nepal, when he found me in pokhra bus stand he was talking to me all nice and offering good stay but he lied, the hotel is in bad shape and dirty. I asked him about Muktinath trip and he was very rude and arrogant, he said paise dene hai ho toh do varna dimaag mat khrab karo, i am a solo traveller and being a woman i do have some questions what will be my drop points and pick up points but he got irritated and all he need is money. When someone is doing business they should be liable to answer the question that traveller have but he is only seeking money and that is it. Saying this to a girl who is travelling alone "jana hai toh paise do varna rehne do" i started crying and his staff was only supporting him.he was drunk . I met very nice people here in kathmandu but this person gave me the worst experience ever. I have to spend a night here as its 12 am here but i feel unsafe and scared. Pls don't come to this hotel and talk to this guy. He is money minded and all he understands is money.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The place wasn’t very clean, and the room didn’t feel well cared for. The sink was broken, and when I checked in, I even found a towel with lipstick stains on it. When I talked to manager, He just said that I will replace it with another one. Worst experience. I’d recommend checking out Hotel Plaza Annapurna nearby instead, which offers a better experience at a lower price.
