I am extremely disappointed with my parents’ stay at Hotel Crystal in Kathmandu. The experience was completely ruined by the incessant noise during the night. Each night, from 12 AM to 2 AM, my parents were disturbed by the sound of heavy furniture being moved and event management equipment causing a racket. Despite multiple requests and complaints to the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The very purpose of staying at a hotel is to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, but Hotel Crystal failed miserably in delivering this basic expectation. Worse, the staff and even the manager dismissed our concerns, stating that the noise was beyond their control as they had a wedding function and a party on the weekend. It is unacceptable that the hotel management disregards their customers’ comfort to this extent. For anyone looking for a restful stay, avoid this hotel. While the room and bathroom were in good condition, thanks to recent construction, this hardly compensates for the lack of basic courtesy and common sense shown by the staff. For your peace of mind, consider staying elsewhere.

Breakfast was pathetic not at all fresh They dont provide any good service specially at night. Food is not at all as per indian taste (delhi). I cam by seeing reviews but it feels they have purchased the reviews also. Only pictures look good not the ambieance. Very much dissappointed Very bad vegitarian food

An affordable hotel with good facilities. Excellent Star Class Service.

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was amazing stay. The staff was good, service was great, rooms were clean, and location was great as well. The hotel is only 7-10 mins walking distance from Pashupatinath Temple. It is in the market and bunch of food options around and they have option at the front of hotel as well. Urison Shreshtha was great and all other staff were helpful as well. Their skydeck is awesome as well with great 360 degree views on rooftop. Highly Recommended !
