Hotel Arya Inn in Lalbandi and Hotel Rudra View in Kathmandu, owned by Sudesh Kumar Dhungana, do not pay the remaining salary of staff even after two months of resignation. If they do not treat their staff well, how can they provide good service to their guests? The hotel has many problems, including a lack of hot water. The manager and owner do not listen to staff complaints, so how can they ensure good service for guests? Hotel Rudra View in Kathmandu is a very bad experience.
