The hotel owner was so impolite to respond our demands of water and electricity as it is the basic need of any guests. We waited a while , for 15 mins , and still they did not provide us any service and as we had already paid the room charge on advance ( full) we asked for refund. They were deducting our 50% which enraged us. Upoun complaining the police she finally refunded our charge. But our time and intentions were not worth their sevice. 100% Not recommended.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. I wanted to give 0 star but the system did not allow. We checked in paying full amount beforehand. However, there was no electricity and water in their attached bathroom. We asked them a number of times and the owner's answer was they were not responsible for the shortage. So we decided to check out and find another hotel and that's when the owner told us that 50 percent of the charge will be deducted only because we checked and entered the hotel room. When we showed our anger and frustration, she started verbally abusing us questioning our behaviour and manners. I suggest everyone to avoid the hotel. The owners are scammers and do not deserve to be in hospitality sector. DO NOT EVEN ENTER THE HOTEL.

There were guest fighting outside our room and they did nothing.we had ordered some food the first few times were OK but when the third plate came there were only half of the of the food that is supposed to come and we said what happened to one of the workers and next the 5th time when he bought food there were two side dish of the same kind whereas others don't even had half of the food there were cockroches and the service is very bad and the staff are very rude.

Best stay in Pokhara Totally worth it was great Experience🫶🏻👍
