Overall bad experience. I stayed with family 2 nights. Rooms and washrooms are not well cleaned. Bath towel, duvets covers and bed linen are very old and stained. I will not recommend!!!!!

Love my room! It's super comfy, and the lake view from the window is stunning. Plus, the hotel service is excellent , feels like home.

In the room there is a lot of khatmal.

超雷超雷！華語圈的朋友 這間住到會生氣！整間旅館除了風景沒有半個優點。謝謝phewa湖長在那裡：）This hotel is a totally joke… dirty sheet, disgusting pillows, dusty curtains make me sneezing all night, wi-fi very very weak. And they have such high reviews on internet is magical… I don’t even know where to start… first they don’t give any supplements except a roll of toilet paper and a piece of soap. That was fine, understandable. But the problem is it’s very NOISY at night !! You can hear the music from the bar nearby, the traffic, someone slamming the door ALL NIGHT ! Oh and btw, do NEVER ask for a laundry service, they said they charge per kg but in the end they charge by their mood. Charge me 1000 rupees for my laundry, I asked how heavy was that, the owner told me 10 kg… honey my whole suitcase is 18 kg, suitcase itself is 6kg, I got lots of makeup products, skincare products, big heavy dr. Martens boots, and clothing triple than the laundry I asked to wash. 10kg, REALLY ?? Lying in my face, thinking I’m easy to fool because I’m a FOREIGN GIRL. Lol, what a shame !!! Also every plugs are way too loose you have to hold your electronics to charge…
