Perfect for the next flight stay at Gautam airport hotel The place is neat and clean and has a swimming pool too staff was friendly 😁😸but one flaw place looks like hospital or government office in first looks but inside looks comfy Lacks design I guess

Not worth at all for 30$. Dirty sheet with marks and hairs. Staffs are really friendly and helpful but it was not good experience

Late review post: Checked in at 17th march for a night with one of my friend as i had flight next day to bangkok and they even let me park my car for a whole week. Room and food were very good except for a incident the next morning when i had to check out..Some hotel authority was literally mad at the receptionist and was shouting just because she and the other guy didn’t greeted him because they were busy with one of my thing It was shocking to see the hotel authority shouting to the receptionist right infront of the guest which was me at the front desk and it was all because they didnt greeted him as GOOD MORNING ,Just because they were busy with one of their client which was me.i even asked the lady on reception if the guy was a guest and wanted the guest privilege but NO ..The guy was some hotel authority.. I really wanted to confront the sunglass guy who apparently was some hotel authority and give him a lesson on a bit of hotel management but thought it would be wise to leave a review for seniors to look after .. Please if any of the senior hotel members checks on the review,do not let the guy anywhere near the reception or any near to the guests.. On the plus note ..The actual manager of the hotel was really friendly when i met him at restaurant the night i was having dinner .. Ovarall the experience was really good .. I request the management team to look at the review and choose to do the right thing accordingly.. (To the sunglass wearing hotel authority guy,Earn respect from the staffs,Not Demand )
