Stayed at the hotel for 2-3 weeks before and after trekking in the area. The experience was exquisite. The hotel amenities are high end, but what makes the stay even better is the amazing staff. From the security guards at the entrance, the receptionists, the rooftop restaurant staff, and up to the hotel manager. Each and every person is genuinely amiable, helpful, and up for a friendly chat. Locations is also perfect - with 1 min walk to Lakeside street and 2-3 min walk to the lake. Would definitely return.
