Everyone was so kind and helpful, fixing things immediately and giving us cold mineral waters and preparing hot showers for us after our trek. Thank you!

A great place to stay. Good value and lovely friendly family atmosphere. Great tasty cooking that I reckon they could easily sell to us more often. Really enjoyed our stay here. Readily helpful lovely people. P.s. The quickest way to the lake from the back door is the narrow garden path on the left side when you walk outside.

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Hakoniwa. The room was nice and clean, the family is very kind and always willing to give tips. It is located in a quiet street close to the shops and restaurants. Our room had two windows facing another house therfore it was a bit dark but we didn‘t spend too much time inside so it was fine :)
