This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The food quality was beyond unacceptable—there was a strand of hair in my dish, and to make matters worse, I found bones in what was supposed to be a vegetarian meal! The kitchen clearly has no respect for dietary preferences, as there was an obvious mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items in the same dish. Absolutely disgusting and careless. The hygiene standards were horrifying. Dirty tables, unwashed utensils, and a general lack of cleanliness were evident everywhere. I genuinely felt unsafe eating here. As if that wasn't enough, the customer service was disgraceful. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by even basic requests. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. And let’s not forget the management, which is clearly nonexistent or utterly incompetent. No one seems to care about the quality of the food, the cleanliness, or how the customers are treated. This place is a prime example of how NOT to run a business. Save your time, money, and sanity stay far, far away from this disaster.
