The best part about Central Palm is its location, spacious rooms and ample parking space. The garden is well-maintained, and the pool is nice. Due to its prime location and friendly staff, I prefer staying here whenever I travel to Chitwan. The toiletries provided could be improved, but overall, everything else is very good. The garden is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and well-maintained. The hotel does look a bit old and could use a facelift to make it top-notch.

1. Beware of the billing of food and beverages. Take a pic of the menu and check with the bill & settle the bill then and there itself. Ensure the bill is not doubled. 2. Never leave the key at the reception. Even if you instruct not to open the room for cleaning, still they will give the key to cleaning staff. They have made a umbrella size bag for keys. 3. Food is not at all upto the mark compared to the price. 4. Very old building, smelly room.

A hotel with quite good ambience. Was there for a wedding. Found the main seating region very soothing for eye with lots of coconut, palm trees. Had a great bar as well to chill and drink and most of all had a very good food experience (needs to be appreciated since I always have low expectations for banquet foods)
