There were no lift and no intercom so think before taking room. Because for room service you will have to go down. No Hot water and in room only one single bulb work. Bed matress were broken . For breakfast after placing order it took 1. & Half hour to serve. Boys speak very sweetly but ultimately you pay for room and to relax and enjoy which will not fulfil. Also online they mentioned Lake view room mountain view which completely lie .. there only bldg view from window ..Do not recoend l.
