A very calm place to stay with calm owners.

This is really good value for money and highly recommended if you're happy with basic, but it's done excellently. The rooms are large and clean with ceiling fan, netted windows and plug in mosquito repellent. Bathrooms are a decent size and you have warm water. The hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone speaks a good level of English and they will do anything to help you. I spent 4 days here during monsoon season so I wasn't out exploring all the time. The terrace outside of my room makes a perfect calm place to sit, read, drink tea and listen to the birds. You can also do the 15 second walk to the river and sit on a bench under a little roof with your book and camera. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Sauraha.

Best place I've stayed in Nepal, very clean and tidy, fair prices, lovely food and a beautiful terrace with full views over the river and national park. Quiet place with a lovely garden away from all the hustle and bustle. The family running the place is really friendly and helpful, they were so respectful and made sure the stay in Chitwan was the best possible. Thank you, will be back 🙏
