Basiyo has two cancellation policy

Non-Flexible: This policy favors hosts by providing them with more guaranteed income. It offers only a non-refundable option, where cancellations are subject to penalties and result in no refunds. The guest will pay the full amount, and if they need to cancel the reservation, they will have to forfeit all of the payment.

Flexible

This policy is designed to give guests more flexibility in their travel plans and to encourage bookings by reducing the risk of financial loss if plans change unexpectedly. Cancellations may result in partial or full refunds, depending on the timing.

Hosts can set up specific details of cancellation policies, including the duration they can cancel the reservation and penalties or refund amounts, which can vary depending on the host's settings and the reservation terms.
